Rates per season

These prices are based on weekly lets.  Discounts are usually offered for two or more consequtive wekeks. Euro prices are subject to change depending on exchange rates. You can find an exchange rate calculater here.

Terms and conditions

Deposit:

25% upon reserving apartment (non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Breakages/Security Bond:

A bond of £150 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to the property, lost keys, etc, This will be returned to you once we have received the keys and checked the property.

Cancellation Policy:

50% charged if cancelled within 8 weeks
75% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days

Laundry, departure etc 

Towels and bedding:

An inclusive change of towels can be provided at the end of each week during a two week stay or longer, if required.

At the end of your stay:

Please leave all used towels in the main bathroom at the end of your stay. These will be cleaned following your departure. Likewise, we will arrange for bedding to be cleaned ready for the following guests. Please turn off the air conditioning/warming at the wall unit in the living room. Please also help us by turning off the hot water at the cylinder in the utility area outside the kithchen.

Cheque:

Cheques drawn in Sterling against a UK bank are acceptable.

PayPal:

We can also accept payment via PayPal. Details will sent to you following your application.

We have to wait till funds have cleared into our bank before we can guarantee your booking.
